• How to take care of my virgin hair extensions

  Step 1: Detangle your hair

  This is a very important step prior to shampooing your hair.

  Ensure that your hair is free of tangles or snares. Using a wide tooth or a detangling brush, gently comb out your hair extensions. Always comb or brush hair from the bottom up, small sections at a time. The more careful you treat your extensions the longer they will last. Support your attachment when brushing or combing your hair.

  Step 2: Shampoo/Condition
  Shampoo your hair once a month more if you have used a lot of product. Always co wash more than shampoo. Curly textures require frequent shampoos or co-washes though out the week to look its best. Wash your hair in a downward motion, working shampoo from the top down in one motion. Follow with the conditioner in the same manner. Let hair air dry

  Condition-Wash: Substitute conditioner for shampoo Wash your hair in a downward motion, working conditioner from the top down in one motion. Let conditioner set in for about 30 mintutes then rinse well let hair air dry then style.

  Step 3: Deep Condition
  Use a deep conditioner or repair conditioner more often if you have chemically treated the hair by bleaching or coloring

  Step 4: Styling
  As mentioned in step 1, always keep your hair extensions tangle free. Brush or comb gently and avoid any excess tension. Always comb or brush hair from the bottom up, small sections at a time. The more careful you treat your extensions the longer they will last. Support your attachment when brushing or combing your hair. We also strongly recommend the use of a de-tangling brush to comb your hair extensions every day so that it does not develop tangles especially in the nape area.

  Our Natural Hair Extensions can be styled as you would your own hair. You can blow dry, curl with curling iron, straighten with a flat iron, dye with a hair dye, and style it as you would your own hair.

  Heat is your hair biggest enemy. The more you use on it, the shorter the life span of your hair. Use heat in moderation. Do not use high temperatures. High temperatures can damage the hair, including permanently altering the hair texture. Use styling products that are alcohol free.

  Sleep: Put your hair "up" at night. Plait or pin curl your hair before going to sleep. This is important in preventing tangles. Never sleep with loose wet hair, for it may tangle while you sleep. Always wear a silk scarf or bonett

  *Curly Hair: Is High Maintenance it constantly needs to be wet down and conditioned. We recommend for daily maintenance, use a spray bottle mix your favorite moisturizing conditioner with water and apply it every other morning. You may also add in a curl defining cream, argan oil or serum while hair is wet. Never brush or comb out your curly hair. Use a wide tooth comb or finger comb the products through. Let it air dry.

  Please treat hair with care for longevity, read our Hair Tips prior to purchasing. If you bleach, dye, tint, perm, or use extreme heat on hair you risk drying out your hair extensions. We cannot guarantee the longevity of any hair that has been processed or chemically treated. Please consult a PROFESSIONAL before applying any chemicals to the hair. ALL wavy and curly products are steamed for texture. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles texture and color will resume after washing or coloring.
